This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and the date and time of access in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of the website. Transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, organisation, area of interest and message) to answer your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Email delivery is handled by Resend, acting as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

For product analytics we use PostHog, hosted in the EU and acting as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR. PostHog is configured to store no cookies or other identifiers in your browser and to respect the Do Not Track signal. The resulting statistics are pseudonymous and are not used to identify you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is understanding how the website is used in order to improve it.

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. It sets one technically necessary cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language, and stores your chosen colour theme (light or dark) in your browser's local storage. Neither leaves your device for tracking purposes. The legal basis is § 25 (2) TDDDG.

All fonts are served from our own server. No connection to external font providers (such as Google) is made when you visit the website.

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
